Ice Skating in London Christmas 2012
Sometimes you can’t avoid doing things you don’t want too. Ice Skating in London is pretty much an essential treat for lots of people and visitors. I hate skating with a passion but some of the locations are fantastic, steeped in history and make great backgrounds for group photos. The mini penguins or kangaroos used as aids for younger kids to get their balance are great fun too. If I was a fabulous skater I would skate at Hampton Court or Somerset House. For comfort, style, internal warmth and the excuse of a great warm coffee area right next to the rink it would be Westfield, London. For regular outdoor ice skating you can use Natural History Museum, Bishopsgate and Westfield Stratford. However, given the choice I would always plump for the first three.
