Social Media Week – Great British Chefs Photography Night

Great British Chefs hosted a night with Food Photographer David Griffen and Tom Aikens on how to improve your food photography. Lots of useful information and advice from David Griffen (who was so generous with his time). The food was….. amazing. I can’t be bought easily but the Salmon Salad was delicious. My big question is how did Tom’s Kitchen create a completely perfect soft boiled egg for a food-lover who doesn’t like eggs? The first soft-boiled egg I’ve ever managed to eat.

Truly delicious. Quite proud of the after photo, the before pic is slotted at the bottom of this post for obvious reasons.
